Pomodoro Timer
How to use
What it does
A focus timer built on the Pomodoro technique: a fixed stretch of concentrated work paired with a short break, and a longer break after several rounds. It turns just start for twenty-five minutes into a concrete countdown, which lowers the barrier to beginning a task, and it also reminds you to stand up before an afternoon disappears.
How to use it
Press start to begin a focus countdown, with pause and reset available at any point. When focus ends, follow the prompt into a short break; after enough rounds it switches to a long break automatically. Settings at the bottom adjust the focus, short-break and long-break lengths and whether a chime plays. A round counter tracks how many pomodoros you have finished.
FAQ
If I reload the page, is the timer lost?
No - the round progress is stored in your browser's local storage and restored when you come back.
When does the long break kick in?
After the configured number of focus rounds - short breaks come between rounds, and the long one completes the cycle.
