Meditation Toolkit
How to use
What it does
A space for sitting quietly for a few minutes: a breathing pacer whose graphic rhythm draws your attention back to the breath, a meditation timer offering an undisturbed countdown, and a gratitude journal for noting a few things you were thankful for that day. All three are deliberately simple — having less to operate is part of what settles the mind.
How to use it
Switch between the three modules at the top. The breathing pacer offers preset rhythms to follow as the shape expands and contracts; the timer takes a duration and starts, with an optional closing chime and a pause at any point; the journal records entries by date, lets you look back and exports as text. The background and palette are kept soft; headphones or a quiet corner help.
FAQ
I have never meditated — where should I start?
The breathing pacer is the easiest entry: pick a preset rhythm and inhale as the shape expands, exhale as it contracts — no technique required. Once you can sit still for a few minutes, stretch sessions with the timer.
Can I back up my gratitude journal entries?
Yes, the journal exports as text; export a copy regularly if you want to keep it long-term. The timer and breathing pacer are session-only features with nothing to save.
