FX Toolkit
How to use
What it does
A set of Canvas and Web Audio effect demos: particle fireworks, fluid-like particle motion, image filter processing, and oscillator-synthesised sound effects. Everything is computed locally in the browser in real time, parameters can be adjusted to see the difference, and a result you like can be exported as an image or recorded to a file for use elsewhere. There is no 3D, AR or WebGL content here. Two merged tabs load on demand: an 8-bit sound-effect synth and Perlin-noise 3D terrain.
How to use it
Tabs at the top switch between the effects. Each has its own sliders for the relevant parameters — particle count, gravity, lifetime, filter strength, frequency and waveform — which take effect as you drag. Clicking or dragging on the canvas interacts with the effect directly, such as detonating fireworks at a chosen point. Buttons export an image or record a clip at whatever duration you set.
FAQ
Are there any 3D or WebGL effects?
No — everything runs on Canvas and Web Audio, computed locally in the browser; the scope is 2D particles, image filters and synthesised sound, with no 3D, AR or WebGL content.
Can I keep an effect I like?
Yes — export a still image or record a clip with a duration you set, and use the file wherever it is needed.
Besides dragging sliders, how else can I interact?
Click or drag directly on the canvas — detonating fireworks at a chosen spot, for instance — and combining that with slider adjustments works fine.
